Health Club & Spa - To be built in the next few years, the health club and spa will the third building set along the Nippising Ridge. This building will be attached to both the Lodge and the Raven Club House. Tennis - Lora Bay will have two tennis courts designated to members of the community. They will be built in the Harbour neighbourhood, close to the beach.

The Beach Club - The lakefront at Lora Bay will begin its transformation this year from the traditional rental cottages to a lakefront park. Most of the cottages will be taken down. The ones that remain will be converted to ‘studios’ for the interests of the community; yoga class, birthday parties, fly fishing lessons, etc. The existing beach area, great for kids, will be cleaned up and the pier repaired. We expect the full development of the Beach Club to take several years but are excited that this process has begun.

Social Life - There is an active social scene at Lora Bay. We have a Friday afternoon cocktail hour where people can meet and greet neighbours and friends. We have a hiking club, biking club, gardening club, astronomy club and of course men’s and ladies golf days…
